Prategli Invest OÜ manages a distinctive portfolio of commercial properties across Estonia — 25+ buildings with office, warehouse and production spaces, run with institutional rigor and an entrepreneurial vision.
Myralum designed and built prategli.ee from the ground up: a trilingual (Estonian, English, Russian) platform where every building and vacant rental space is clearly presented, and finding the right space for your business is fast and effortless.
Our work covered the full scope of design and development: - information architecture for buildings, rental spaces and vacancies, - a premium, quiet-luxury visual language with interactive property showcases, - a custom content management system for buildings, spaces, photos and translations, - trilingual setup with language-aware routes (EST / ENG / RUS), - prerendered pages, technical SEO foundations and consent-aware analytics (GA4 Consent Mode v2), - Google Maps integration and direct contact flows for every space.

The problem
The Prategli Invest portfolio — 25+ buildings with office, warehouse and production spaces across Estonia — needed a digital home that matched the standard of the portfolio itself.
Information about buildings, vacant spaces and contacts was fragmented and hard to find in one place. There was no environment where a potential tenant could quickly see which spaces are available, where they are located and who to contact — in Estonian, English or Russian.
The solution also had to let the team manage content themselves: spaces become vacant and get added continuously, and that cannot wait behind a developer.
The approach
We built a trilingual platform centered on buildings and vacant rental spaces.
Core parts of the solution: - a clear structure: buildings → rental spaces → a specific vacancy with details and photos, - flagship properties (e.g. Laki Business Center, Kalda Business Center, The Bank) featured right on the homepage, - a custom CMS that lets the team manage buildings, spaces, photos and translations independently, - language-aware URLs (EST / ENG / RUS) and prerendered pages for speed and SEO, - Google Maps integration to present locations and logistic advantages, - consent-aware analytics (GA4 Consent Mode v2) and cookie management following EU best practices, - a dedicated renewable energy page supporting the portfolio's sustainability direction.
